Helsingfors Segelsällskap (HSS), founded in 1893, is one of Finland’s oldest and most prestigious sailing clubs. Located on the islands of Liuskasaari and Liuskaluoto near Helsinki’s Kaivopuisto, the club is known for its vibrant community of over 1,200 members and rich maritime heritage. HSS is celebrated for hosting one of the largest classic yacht fleets in the Nordics and offers diverse sailing activities, from junior programs to competitive racing. The club is a hub for sailing enthusiasts, offering world-class facilities and picturesque surroundings in the heart of Helsinki.
